This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions under which customers (“User,” “you,” or “your”) may request refunds or cancel their subscriptions for the OnePage Stack services (“Services”), offered by The Acrylic Media Company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our Services, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you must not use our Services.

1. Subscription Plans

OnePage Stack offers various subscription plans to meet the needs of micro and small businesses. The details of each plan, including pricing, features, and subscription duration, are available on our website.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. Cancellation Rights
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. 
  • Cancellations must be made through the support chat window in your account dashboard or by contacting our customer support team at contact@onepagestack.com.
2.2. Effect of Cancellation
  • If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Services until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining time in your subscription.
  • After the end of your billing cycle, your access to the Services will cease.
2.3. Automatic Renewal
  • We do not offer automatic subscription renewals. All renewals are done manually by the user to ensure the user is committed to our process.
  • Users will receive an email reminder of the upcoming renewal 15 days, 7 days, 3 days and 1 day prior to the renewal date. Users will also receive a disconnection email once subscription expires.
2.4. Domain Ownership and Recovery
  • Upon subscription termination, any domain registered by OnePage Stack on your behalf will remain the property of OnePage Stack until all outstanding payments, including renewal fees or late payment fees (if applicable), have been settled.
  • If you wish to recover or transfer your domain after terminating your subscription, you must:
  • Submit a domain recovery request within 30 days of subscription termination.
  • Pay any applicable transfer or renewal fees as communicated by our support team.
  • Domains not claimed within 30 days after termination may be resold, released or retained at the discretion of OnePage Stack.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. Eligibility for Refunds
  • 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the Services within the first 3 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.
  • Refund requests made after the initial 3-day period will not be honored.
3.2. Requesting a Refund
  • To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team through the support link on your account dashboard or via email at contact@onepagestack.com  within 3 days of your initial purchase.
  • Please include the following information in your refund request:
    • Your full name
    • Email address associated with your account
    • Transaction ID or order number
    • Reason for the refund request
3.3. Processing Refunds
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your request.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Custom design services or any additional features purchased separately from the standard subscription plan.
  • Any fees incurred for domain registration, hosting, or third-party services that may have been added to your account.

5. Abuse of Refund Policy

We reserve the right to deny a refund request if we believe that the request is based on abuse of this Policy or if there is a history of repeated refund requests.

We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. All changes will be effective when we post the updated Policy on our website. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about our practices and your rights.
